Not everyone needs a personal trainer, but all of our trainers are availabe if you ever find yourself needing help or guidance whilst exerising or dieting.
Our trainers are the most competent people in the gyming industry and will gladly assist you in any matter that you need help with.

Trinergy Gym offers members safe and secure parking for the entire duration of their visit. Car gaurds and secrutiy cameras are always on watch whilst you complete your workout!

You can write to us within 5 (five) business days after you signed the contract excluding day of signature. If you exercise the right of termination, this agreement will automatically be terminated and you will be refunded any payment we received from you on the basis that we receive back any and all promotional items that may have been issued to you.

This Contract cannot be frozen for any reason unless written approval is obtained from the Club Manager.
This Contract may be frozen for a minimum of 1 (ONE) calendar month to a maximum of 6 (SIX) months in a twelve month cycle, for medical or religious reasons, or travelling overseas, or when under financial administration along with relevant proof and documentation.
The current monthly fee will reduce to the current Trinergy Health & Fitness freezing fee and contract term extended for the period of freezing request.

  3. Don''t invade other people's space if they are working out.
  4. Try be on time for classes, don't make anyone else late!
  5. Try to wear appropriate clothing for the gym - always wear laced, closed shoes!
  6. Always tell the instructor of a class if you have any injuries or illnesses that could become a problem during the workout.
